The customized order will be a special order, the product will be made by following your information & requests. Return will be nearly impossible to restock. If you're not satisfied with your piece, please let me know as soon as possible.
*We are highly recommended to purchase/custom for or with a licensed hair professional. Our factory will customize only base on customer requests. If no specific requirement the hair system will be custom as default. The customer will be responsible for the undetailed/missed/mistaken customs.
2. There could be some slight differences between the color tone of the photo and the actual item due to the effect of light and the different monitor's brightness.
3. The Customize Order will take 9 to 10 weeks to be completed; the shipping date might vary. Please be patient while your order in processing. And please feels free to message me for an update of your order.
4. After you have received you order, please carefully inspect your unit prior to installing, cutting, coloring, or making any adjustments. If any changes have been made, or the unit has been used, we will not accept any returns.
